Accreditation
Our program is accredited by the North American Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. This accreditation also supports national and state standards. The NAD operates a system of more than one thousand schools throughout the United States and Canada that serve students in grades K-12. There are 13 Adventist universities throughout North America.

Curriculum
Our curriculum provides a smooth transition into any private or public high school across the country. The strong academic program of Oceanside Adventist Elementary is based on both national and state standards. Progressive methods of instruction include:
- STEAM integrated classes
- Pre-algebra and Algebra 1
- Accelerated reader program
- Classroom Bible study
- Common Core aligned math curriculum
- Electives including music, art, and wood shop
Standardized Testing
Students at OAE routinely score above average on nationally standardized tests. All OAE students complete MAP Assessments three times each school year. MAP Assessment offers our educators, as well as parents and students, valuable insight into what students have learned throughout the year. Results are used to guide classroom instruction, and growth is measured (and celebrated!) throughout the year.
